I didn't get my Ultimate digital items :( Help?

Did that twice and still nothing, and now it wont even let me log in the servers on my xbox lol

servers are down for less than half hour, they fixing stuff

when you guys hit the guide button and goto active downloads do you see the defiance still pending? hit the dashboard, it not like borderlands where it'll just download it. hope there fixing that as well.



you'll know when it works cause when you LB--> defiance store and see the 1200 bits you have all your stuff. in the claims, is where you find the rest of your stuff

Having this problem with collectors items. The bit store works fine (got over 50 invi spaces now ) so I don't understand why the edition codes aren't working. Hopefully this quickfix they're doing fixes this

I've redownloaded it. Logged out and back. Even restarted my Xbox. It is not giving me my content.

I got all my stuff.I followed the directions on the back of the booklet.Says to wait till AFTER training is done.Most people rush and try it the first second.Also when entering your codes/linking account on trionworlds site i noticed it takes me to Defiancepc.com/whatever...well i removed the pc part from the link and my codes entered successfully.Then if my items still did not show up in game.I turned my xbox off and then on.Voila!Items all there under the cash shop "claim" sectiin.

Did all you said still no dice and now im on a 22 day que on my xbox to see if my last attempt took. Update finally got back in and bought some bits with ms points when I did that all my dlc showed up to include the challenger that didn't show last night.

can you guys check your recent downloads in the account management? re download it

mine not redownloadable on psn redeemed ingame like instructions said. I think ingame redeem is bugged it redeemed but psn list has nothing.....
