Yep, same for me. I've ran this about 10 times and still no completion.

Beating him in 5 mins wasnt really a problem for me, problem was not beating him in 5 mins, if you do it seems to bug so you don't get the "101 has completed" pursuit update hehe.

One was behind the first house you get to, the other was behind the building the miniboss spawns in.

Same as yours i take it?

Bah, I'm having the opposite problem right now. I've gotten all of the requirements apart from beating Dekuso in under 5 mins. Every run through the map, the group seems to have no idea that they need to shoot at the glowing things, and ends up making the fight longer than it should.
