Game said my code is included with the preorder codes in the pack, amazon said the same thing, If could get online and verify this i would but with all the post going around of no code recieved and not being able to find their charger and so on.
I just want to know the truth.
Do i need another code other than the one in the packaging and if i do who do i speak to?
Also i am aware of the search function but It's broken just like the uk servers.
Pre order bonus items require a code that is different from the game activation code
Did you apply you code from the box to your trion account? Are you actually i the game? If so check the claim button in the cash shop to see all your pre-order stuff. It's Not very intuitive.
If you still don't see your stuff check with Trion support. They have been sending codes from what I've read. The retailers haven't handled the codes very well from the way it sounds.

Where did you buy the game from? Steam, Trion, or other.
game and its just the one code on the back of the book
