Simply stating the futility of trying to talk reason to a disgruntled customer, only adds to create more of the same venting threads, which seems to be what the latter group come in to complain about the majority of the time.

Mkilbride: 41 posts and you haven't played the game? Is this an issue of getting so excited about a new movie that you have to constantly talk about it but not seeing it because others say it wasn't any good? Or are you just a troll working for Blizzard?

The bad reviews are here from people who like to whine. Those who enjoy the game are either playing it or at work. And a few of us who are at work are using the forums. Don't buy it, don't play it, you won't be happy with it. I'm sure you're not happy with most things.

Nothing better than people complaining about complainers thinking it's a solution.

You can tell people this happens with every MMO till your fingers are numb, they don't care, it's not going to make them any less pissed about their issues or complain any less. You might as well just ignore it if you don't have some info to help them or you're in for a lot of unproductive wasted time.

You are correct. However, as people stated, getting riled at those looking to trawl through posts for a reason to pick a fight (just as bad as whiners lets face it), doesn't work either.

I doubt that was the last complaint about a complainer we will see. Others will just HAVE to give in to a half chance to lay a boot in, keep a thread they claim to not like going, and in my experience, continue to come in and say "is this thread still going"? When they are clearly complict in keeping said thread alive.

We are however, only responsible for our own behaviours, not others. And as someone who has also let this affect my serenity on a few occasions, I choose to resolve to let it go.

The amount of issues, not just bugs, but strange gameplay design choices such as always on VOIP, text chat that nearly doesn't work, no rewards from Ark Falls. I've also heard so touted story ends up falling quite short aspects, which most quests being grindy.

To top it off; and the real kicker for me that makes me super glad I didn't pre-order...I've heard it barely feels like a MMO, and it's like a Single-player game...on Launch day. Not paying 60$ for a SP FPS with MAYBE Co-Op ability and a sub-par story. :P

I think you're right. It feels incomplete to me and I think it's waiting for DLC's to finish the rest (hence Season Pass). I played alone the entire time and it was fine (difficulty-wise), no one talked to me despite 30+ people being at Arkfalls, and it does feel like a single player game seeing how no one was doing the missions I was doing.

Story was good though.
