Mine still sits in its box, haven't opened it yet due to all the issues ! Going to wait it out for now though.
mine is still downloading the patches been doing to for the last 3 hours, downloads saves then downloads again, don't know how many patches there are or if its stuck in a download loop as others have suggested, the lack of information of what's going on or what stage the install / patch is at its really unhelpful to say the least.
i know u think they would be letting us know what is going on so would be nice when the game will be availible well mabey i will just wait till tomorrow to try again or a week lol

I honestly feel bad for the people having problems.
With that being said...
I've had no problem at all with any part of the game... From purchase all the way to play. Was smooth.as silk. My only hitch was trying to find my free items ( they are in the store).
I hope Trion can fix the issues some people are having asap.
how many patches are there? Im on about number 3 so far its never ending
