I refer to the Ultimate Edition being only available to GameStop & EBGames which are both based in the US. As a gamer in the Asia-Pacific region, a few friends and I are unable to show support for the game as GS gives us issues about our credit cards not being valid cards. The very same cards we use to purchase pretty much everything else online without a hitch. Also, Amazon only has standard and EBG which only ships in Canada.
I'll draw on Firefall's pre-order as reference. When I purchased their Founder Commander pack, it was done without an intermediary, and all physical items were shipped over from the US for free.
My main point being, hopefully Trion can make the pre-orders more available and convenient to the community outside of the US. Paying for shipping is not the issue, rather, it is the rejection of our wanting to thank the team with our money that becomes quite the turn off.

And yet it consistently rejects our MasterCard & Visa cards as invalid.
