    Missing Preorder bonuses

    I have redeemed my codes on the trion website and only received some of my items in game, I also received an email saying i have items too claim even though they aren't there. Is anyone else having this problem? Will I get my items in the future?

    There is a lot of players not geting the right stuff, including me.
