Has anyone ever seen a charge blade drop?

It says a bunch of places that they can be but I find it very strange no one has ever proved finding one. Would it have the same stats as the vendor ones?

Charge blades don't drop. You can only get them out of the lockbox or at the vendor and I've pulled quite a few of them out of tier 4s.

The name is different, the stats are identical to the vendor.

You can't trade charge blades.

I have pulled probably 50+ tier 4 lockboxes since the DLC came out last month and i have yet to pull a single blade. I actually do not even own one of any type. I was just going to wait for the new ones to come out in the next DLC

I actually pulled one out of a T4 last night, it was blue. I already have the orange one from Thorn Liro, the damage numbers on that one are slightly better.

Never pulled a single charge blade either in about the same amount of tier 4 boxes.
