Apart from the vendor blades i've never seen any from lockboxes as of yet although i've seen people with them though

I just got my hands on one a few minutes ago from a t4 lockbox although I prefer my orange blade though what I was surprised to notice that the charge blade added itself to my favourites and cannot be traded either

maybe it's kind of protection because the blade is easy to overlook in your inventory. and though you cant trade blades i think you don't need it too - anybody w/DLC can purchase them @ liro vendor while people without DLC simple cant use them.

On topic - the only charge blade that I've ever owned is the one from the EL fundraiser held back in November.
Seeing the back-and-forth in the thread over getting a charge blade from a drop box was making me question my memory (misspent youth can do that...). I was sure I'd gotten one from a lockbox...but now I was doubting myself. But your mention of the jackpot thing clarifies things a lot. That would have been right about the time I remember getting it (a blue).

I've pulled 2 blue ones from the tool works, 4T boxes.The stats have changed when ever they revamp them.
