Cap: 1241
Rechrg: 40%
Delay: 2.85

Respark Reloader V D EGO: 1780
+5% reload when shield is down
Cap: 1175
Rechrg: 40%
Delay: 2.55

I dont have anything else on your want list so hopefully these are good shield in your opinion.
