When retrieving Rosa's equipment, after killing Scourge its impossible to finish the mission. I've tried pressing "E" from every possible angle without luck, has this happened to anyone?

Can't seem to find a way around it. Seems everything's dead too.
Edit: Abandoned and restarted. This time, I started from the beginning, rather than as someone was already doing it. Don't know if that makes a difference to the bug.
Completed correctly (this time the crate was flashing/highlighted)
