Another solution that might help is if they allowed a person to start a "custom" match if they want special restrictions, such as removing the use of surge bolters or limiting it to a clan battle or something like that (i saw people complaining the other day due to trying to clan battle and getting random other players "ruining" their game). But yet allow players who just don't care to join any available match or select from available list of possible matches. This solution would allow for some special matches like charge blades only, pistols only, bmgs only; there could be some really interesting rules that could be implemented.
