Worst launch ever!!! Missing pre-ordered items and bits i bought!!

This has actually been the biggest disapointment for a game ever. Nothing but problems all day long. 1st of all patching just wasnt having none of it, 10 hours to patch?? please nothing takes that ****ing long. 2nd. WHERE THE HELL ARE MY PRE-ORDER BITS AND ITEMS??????????? then im told if u buy something with bits they all pop, WELL I NEED MY PRE-ORDER BONUS 1,200 BITS to buy summat. so i thought i know ill buy some bits and do it that way. U TAKE MY MONEY BUT THEN TELL ME MY ACCOUNT NEEDS UPDATING!!! and dont give me my bits!! SORT THIS OUT OR I WANT A FULL REFUND!!! FOR THE GAME AND MY PURCHASE!!!!

Did you put in all your key-codes into your Trion Worlds Apply Codes thing?

Did you open the in-game store and check the CLAIM ITEMS section before this rant?

Please make sure to launch into the game and after your finish the tutorial you will gain access to the Defiance Store.

ESC - Space Bar (or click the EGO spiral grid in the lower left)

Once you're in the store, navigate down to the lower left of the screen and click on the 'Claim Items' option.
