Can You Still Redeem Arkfall Codes?

Although entering the codes back in april, my character who I created a couple days ago got the rewards in the claim items.

The rewards are account wide, any new characters made will get them, except for the extra ark salvage. Applies to preorder and deluxe edition items as well, minus the boosts and lockboxes.

Also includes outfits which is pretty good since other games have you buy them over and over again per character you create. That is outfits that aren't pursuit given I should say, aka the ones from the store.

Copy and paste the code in, then delete the last letter and put it back. Should allow you to hit submit.

Oddly enough, I created a character on the EU PC server while the NA PC server was on vacation last night, and didn't get any of the Ark Code bonuses. I got most of my UE bonuses (missing one outfit), as well as the random bonuses like the Comcast runner speed boost, though.

Having the same problem here, Can't click the submit button, tried entering by hand, tried deleting the last letter and putting it back in, tried using different browsers, the submit button remains unclickable with the crossed out circle for a pointer

I'm wondering if people on consoles are having this issue and not PC. When I finally got all the codes entered I thought I had read something about linking to your console account. All you can do for now is contact customer support and hope you get some customer support.

Why must you always degraded us console players and make seem like were scum of the earth them were actually bread and butter of this game because it was made to be only on consoles but Trion in there infinite wisdom said lets not limit this just the consoles but bring it to all platforms which wasn't bad idea. They should have worked PC's GUI and made more PC friendly but kept the console version the same and to answer your question I had no problem with entering codes in I reached the 120 mark just fine and linked my account to Xbox 360. So, lets stop with this no sense talk about who is better and focus on making our community greater then it is!

I'm also STILL having this same problem.

Try a different browser version like IE 9, I know for a fact that chrome and firefox doesn't play well with Defiance site at all but if you use IE 10 or lower it will work like a charm for entering those codes in.
