im not gonna lie.. ive afked afew WMs since the nerf when:

a) someone kicks of a WM with only a handful of ppl are in the room, ill dps at first but stop if dps is pants.
b) if dps is pants generally.. u can tell with 2-3 mins to go if a kill is on or not. If its not why bother giving it your all when the rng at the end makes no difference anyway.

Ill make an effort if i see other people making a effort: not reading a guide, using bmgs, splashy weapons, not shooting the back, not running to the right locations at certain points in the fight, being impatient and not waiting till back up arrives before the Wm kicks off...

If they cant spend 5 mins reading a guide / watching a vid why should i spend 5 mins times X amount of time getting top 5 dps on a regular basis for nothing?

if ive been dpsing hard for 3-4 mins and the hp bar of WM is still half why should i keep trying to do my best when u know its going to fail? if ive afked the last 2 mins and im still top 5 dps overal someone else isnt pulling there weight and the focus should not be on the afker but on the person pulling 500k or under consistently.

if ive got the right weapon, shield, grenades (mini tip u get knocked back throw out a cluster grenade and hope a part of it hits the back to help out even if your on your butt), a good ego loadout specifically for the fight, know the boss mechanics and learnt them why cant other people make the effort?

also i afk if i arrive into a WM and it only has 1 min left to go lol thats just a horrible bug and a waste of everyones times especially if you enter a WM immediately.

This would be ideal and, let them complain if they want. Trion should`ve implemented certain rules of engagement to the WM event, such as:
1-The respawn should allways be downstairs.
2-Dowstairs only available if a minimum of players present in the atrium.
3-Whom ever leaves the Arkfall would get no reward and could not enter again.*
4- Only Season pass/DLC owners could break the locks and only if that minimum allowed of players were in the chamber.

*of course that could be a problem for someone that was simply disconected from the game.

More could be added to protect the event and the ones who trully wants to play it as it should, not that i really care because i can`t force anyone to play the way i want. I just play and try to do my part.

This is a little offtopic but related, yesterday i went to a Volge siege to lvl up 2 smgs. I was constantly putting down the Volge near death, every time i swaped my weapon or reloaded someone with a Surge Bolter stealed my kills...what can a man do !?
Should i be mad !? Maybe i should but i really don`t care.
I like to play with the SB too, but i choose my targets allways with full health and allways try not to steal someone`s kills. I play the way i want , but at the same time i try to respect others .
This is a 2 edged knive.
It`s all about common sense.

All they really need to do is, the 1,2,3 or people who put down the batteries are the ones who can break the lock. in stead of shooting at the lock they are consules that the players have to interact with. If I put down all 4 batteries and i get kicked someone in there better send me an invite of it doesnt start.

I also thought that they could make it like the co-op maps. at the end all 4 people have to be in the circle or you can't go forward. At the wm site there are 4 doors, each spot holds 12 people. so the 2 spots on each side will make a full room. 12 people in the circle then everyone loads in at the same time.

At seiges I, like most people, shoot at whatever I find in front of me. I generally don't expect to get the kill shot, regardless of what weapon I use.

There are two different methods used the most to defeat the warmaster.

There are actually three methods outlined in Nilxain's Warmaster Guide and he doesn't recommend the Typhoon and GP or CD one. He only included it because it is a possible way to kill the Warmaster but he also stated that it won't do so unless almost everyone in the group is using the method.

Trying to defend one behaviour with another person's inexperience is ridiculous.

they should have an auto timeout of 30 seconds for the a-holes that join them with no intentions on trying to defeat him.
the sad part is its probably the people that did not evenbuy the dlc that are doing it since they can not use the weapons they get from him anyways.

one more reason why i say people that do not buy the dlc should not be aloud to enter the called down arkfalls.

Not argueing there. I try to atleast somewhat follow Nilxain's guide, but people will and can play the way that they want.
