    Never got Ultimate Edition items (Xbox 360 version)

    I entered the code from the back of the manual in the in-game store and resign on and still got nothing. I was able to get all the pre-order items but nothing from the actual Ultimate Edition.

    Same with me. I got my preorder items and arkfall reward items, but never got my ultimate edition items yet.

    Yea I never got mine as well I see other people with it and they seem to be doing some of the same missions I'm doing

    I have had the same problem. I tried logging out and back in. Still no luck. Hopefully we will get them soon!
