No missions kinda seems contra to all we have been told so far. From lines like:
Prove your worth to join their cause
start your path to becoming an honored member of the 7th Legion
Hiro himself is on the coast to recruit ark hunters to carry on their mission
Ark hunters hoping to join the Legion will have to prove themselves worthy!
One would have expected that there was at least a similar initiation phase as with the Thorn Liro.

So not only do we get Canadian Samurai, but no story line to anything, they just show up. Really we just get the Incursions and a vendor and you expect that to be enough for a DLC, Farking pathetic! On top of that you have not fixed the lag and time outs on the PS3 and don't give me the damned look of surprise either! You do know how to program for Linux based systems or have at least a trained monkey that knows it? Right? I know I'm gonna get an infraction for this, but at this point I don't much Farking care!

I am too disappointed with no quest(s) of any kind. Heck I would've been fine with that, but the NPCs of the 7th Legion or Hiro himself, which we have been told is in the area, are nowhere to be found.
There's no NPCs beside the vendor, there's no lore in the "intel". Not even a data recorder.

Not having quests. Fine. Not having ANYTHING? Not fine.

Could you also significantly increase Incursion frequency on the test server? There are never a lot of people on there, so there isn't a whole lot to test right now.

Why can't you just make them like major arkfalls, where a new one will spawn shortly after the last one is over? Given that they're the only real content in this DLC, they're not going to keep me playing if they only happen as rarely as sieges do.

Seriously, before it gets out of hand and too many people take it as an actual fact...how long is the 7th Legion questline, and will the side missions be completely new stuff, or just sort of recycle existing elements?

Not that it would be bad, I'm just dying for a reason to play again.

I'm confused as to why everyone has a look of disbelief and astonishment given the timeline that needs to be accounted for with the pending DLC deadline.

We are getting a new event, weapons, synergies, and outfits with this DLC which is arriving on the heels of the last DLC. I guess it's human nature constantly ask for more, but am I the only one NOT surprised here?

Yeah to bad too, its like a sinking ship and they don't want us to tell other passengers. They just want us to go down quietly with the ship as well.

I usually just post when something catches my eye or something is majorly wrong, and the 7th legion dlc not having any sort of story line is just pathetic. Like I said they are just pumping out DLC's so they don't have to give the money back for the season passes. Well here is one season pass holder from way back that wants his 40 bucks back. I do not want this gimpy so-called DLC, or any more after this.
