just use TS in the meantime.
Must say that it did work for me last night though, have to turn that off since we just use TS :P
But knowing Trion they will fix it, just dont think that voice-chat was the only issue they had/have to fix.

Just because you have it fixed on shipping doesn't mean that it won't crap out again later. It's all part of working on a game. It seems like they did fix it but then another issue came up.Originally Posted by King_Kable916

The whiniest bunch? Maby im crazy but when I pay 59.99 for a game i expect it to WORK.
If you consider people complaining when they are promised one thing and given something else whining that's your opinion. This game was billed as a shooter with mmo qualities. Everyone I play shooters with uses voice chat. I know not all ps3 players use it, but when a developers says something is fixed that is a deciding factor for particular players and they know it isnt.That player has a right to voice theirdissatisfaction. Maybe you can afford to spend money for a partialy finished game and wait till they correct it. Not everyone has the time or money. For me I decide in the first day of playing a game if I will keep or return it. That's why I'm such a huge fan of Rockstar, they don't mind delaying a game if there are problems. If there are problems at launch they move quickly to take responsibility as well as fix the problem. The servers have gone down but there asnt been an updated patch since this was posted to improve the voice chat
Tried getting into a group last night and the voice chat worked for about 20 minutes before it cut it out. When it was working though, it sounded horrible. Hopefully this is fixed in the next few days.
That is incorrect the code HAS changed from beta.I beta tested this game, and in my thank you email they thanked me for putting up with the old code and that the full game will be new code.so it isn't the same code as beta and they may have had the same problems with chat as the old code which im sure will be fixed promptly as voice chat is greatly usefull to a game on this size and scale as im sure you will agree.Hope that has been of help.
