You should be able to return it VOIP does not work = broken. Gamestop may try to fight it but amazon usually won't.

As far as them fixing it as far as I can tell nobody saying its being worked on work for Trion. You have no idea what they are doing to correct it. Clan chat not working, group chat working fine for me.
I don't think there is supposed to be clan voice chat. I noticed when you in a clan and you use keep board it defaults to clan you must choose area chat. Don't know if that helps
how can you release a game and not expect to be that many players, are these dervs noobs. Maybe they should stick to there tv show and pass on defiance to someone that knows what their doing. Guaranteed the issues you didn't fix, will cost you hundreds of thousands of players that won't even pick up the game. If this is not fixed, i'd rather waste my time playing ccp's garabe game, then a broken game that didn't fix issues before release. So much crying about this game. Not even a week yet. Seriously, consider suicide if you were expecting a problem free launch. WoW (love it or hate it) didn't start off where it was. Patches, hotfixes, etc. were needed to be done. This is an MMO people. It only gets better from here as it expands. This doesn't happen overnight.
