you type in the code on the back of the instruction manual? hit up the dashboard and let it download, and log out -->LB --> settings -->log out. and then log back in, all your stuff will be in the defiance store start --> LB--> defiance store, bottom in the claim items

i let it sit there on the waiting to download screen then it went to the game screen, they redid the servers so i went to the dashboard, check your recent download history, try to redownload it

Question. Did you have a separate code for your pre-order items? I got no pre-order items or ultimate edition stuff.
I'm gonna try it right now. I don't see why it would mess up since I entered the ultimate edition code at the dashboard, and didn't get the gear, yet I got everything else(preorder bonus' and arkfall rewards) as soon as I linked my account in the game.
