delta bunker west, bug

Can anyone help, in delta bunker and the bit before the clever ambush has bugged, one of the mutants has fallen below the platform and is impossible to kill/shoot, and cant continue the quest. Have tried leaving and then re-entered but didn't work. Is there any way i can cancel the mission and re-try it, or has someone had same problem.

You could try logging out and in, if that doesn't work - ask a friend to invite you to group and click Go To Leader, this will transfer you to another shard (server)

re logging didn't and none of my friends play at the moment so other option unavailable. Going to have to send a ticket in game, hate sending messages on my xbox.

Open your map with "M" and click abandon quest?

wtf, abandaning quest didn't work. As soon as i entered bunker again everything was killed and stuck at same point again

I experienced the very same bug. I logged out and in again after leaving the zone and re entered, worked like a charm. Great thing about the quests is hat if they aren't completed you can leave in the middle and always come back later.
