New Chat the Worst Yet

There's a big difference between working and usable. It was working before. What did you expect nothing to show up so you could go, "I guess it's not working"?

Chat has always worked. It worked a little bit better after DLC2. Now it's worse than pre-DLC1 chat. Since I wasn't around the first few months of the game maybe it's better than that, but it's certainly worse than any of the chat interfaces than have existed since I started playing.

The only issue I see so far, is the list to quick change your channel, not working for me... still lookin.

You continue to not give me an example of how it wasn't working before.

With DLC2 PC users got working private chat with it's own tab which is now gone making that command worthless. You got a nice big filterable list of channels. It wasn't perfect but it was far more usable than this.

You seem very set in your opinion Clubside, and you are entitled to be that way... just don't expect anyone to try and talk you out of it.

Edit: On top of that, nothing is set in stone.

club side is right, the new chat isnt very good.. i had to create a tab just for pvp that had NOTHING swithed on because the damn screen kept pinging up full size int he middle of a match, oh man..... I DONT WANT THE WINDOW TO MAXIMIZE WHEN EVER ANYONE TALKS!!!!!!!

The chat working is good, i would like it if you could change the chat box size but at least its working now.

What's working? I see the empty space that has always been empty, now it's a different font and color, but still just as lacking in chat.

Please don't tell me they borked the mute function. I don't need to be forced to endure memorable people such as Soccer Dad Arguing w/ Family Over Kinect, Brahs Bro-in' It Up w/ Other Brahs, Dorito Crunching Guy, or Raging Douch* Man. Last but not least, the Three Little Pigs - Racist Pig, Homophobic Pig, and Sexist Pig.

An inability to mute them would be a blow to my solo enjoyment, for the same reason losing the (well-used) ignore function on this site would. I just wouldn't bother participating anymore.

Okay I think I got this... the quick change for channel using X only applies to voice chat now?

I have voice chat disabled, so that would explain the menu being disabled... okay...
