Yeah if they brought back the Damage resistance perk stacking it would fix it without a nerf but i doubt the will do that. I would perfer they removed stims and spikes from PvP and added the damage resistance perk stacking back. The thing i want the most however is a cloak nerf and decoy buff.

No need for damage resistance stacking. Just make it so that Thick Skinned applies to the shot that takes away your shield. No more one-shot kills then.

And I take it that the guy who's looking into why Cloak still makes people fully invisible in PvP hasn't found anything yet?
