Quit the game ie sign out of psn then relog in ur account should be updated with the claim items

Also on Xbox ans also can't get my ultimate edition items. I got my arc hunter items but nothing else. Glad I payed lot of money for nada. Should havebknown when the Beta never worked right.

Yeah I hope they are working on it! I too can't get my Defiance Ultimate Edition items for Xbox 360, but everything from the EGO and pre-order bonuses I was able to get!

i did a complete system reboot "ps3" and i to have the UE and i was only able to get my bits... nothing else what a shame and as far as my preorder content got it right away

Looks like they are working on it. Just got the 1200 bits. Just give it some time, this type of stuff is common for mmo games.

edit: actually looks like I just got everything after purchasing a lockbox.
