More busted BS - Can't continue mission

Trying to do the main mission "Seize the day control the future". I can accept the mission, but when I get to the marker, there's not an enemy in sight. At this very moment I am (and have been for the last 20 min.) standing right on top of the marker, and the numbers say it's 1 meter DOWN. WTF??? There was also another player here at the same time having the same problem. He emptied his clip into the marker and left. I would like to continue the campaign. Fix it please.
