Ultimate Edition bonuses (Xbox 360)

I managed to get my ark hunter rewards and standard pre-order bonuses but still not gotten my Ultimate Edition bonuses. I redeemed the code and downloaded what it asked me to but still nothing. I've re-logged and even restarted but still nothing. I would expect that people who paid more then double the price for a standard copy would get their issues solved rather quickly. Otherwise a refund is mandatory...

I read somewhere on here that they had shut off some of the rewards redemption features temporarily because it was causing bandwith issues. I double checked my code by attempting to re-enter it, and it says it has been used (obviously from the first time I entered it), so it did go through. I'd just be patient, I know it sucks to not have them right away, however I am willing to wait a bit for mine if it clears up bandwith so others can log in.

While I'm having the same issue with the ultimate edition items.They are more focused on getting server related issues out of the way first.Which is more important than some digital items not appearing.They will get to the item issue when they can.You have to be paitient,you seem like your being stuck the way you worded your post.Like those of us that bought the UE are more important.Maybe that's not how you meant to come off as.But priority one is making sure everyone can log on and play first,then making sure bonus items are given out.

I also cannot get my ultimate edition or even the standard download items. I only got my arc hunter rewards but that's it. Kinda sucks to spend a lot for nada.

yeh this is bs to not get what atlest 70 bucks worth of digital items. sad firstday indeed. o and server errors cant forget that to
