so i saved up my 64 codes, went to buy my tier 4 lockbox and it ate my stuff and gave me no item! usually i wouldnt go as far as to make a topic about something like this, would just accept it as a bug and move on, but when i made the effort to save up 64 of them its really ticked me off! is there anything i can do about it? or is it a put up and shut up scenario... because im not prepared to put up and shut up.

it did this too me in beta on PC, I had to close out of the game and log back in and the items were in my inventory.
hopefully this is the case for you as well if not then I think you need to petition or somthing
Logging out and in did nothing, and the ticket system seems to be broken... bloody convienient, (on xbox360 btw)

damn sorry was hopping that would fix it. your inventory isn't full or wasn't full at the time you did this? I think if so it's suppose to put the items in the Claim section of the in-game store?
again not sure how all that works on the Xbox however.
First thing i did was check the claim section, an no my invent wasnt full. Really disheartening saving for that long to just have them robbed off you :<

it happened to me as well I put in a in game ticket but so for have not heard anything.
Don't worry I saved up and got my 4 items an they were all rubish lol ,Better off using them for weapon mods.
Tried the 4 pack twice and worked fine both times. Although, = the second time it didn't actually tell me what weapons I got and I had to open my inven to see.
