DLC not showing up or activating

I purchased the Season pass right after 7th Legion came out, on steam, and applied it. In steam i only get the Season pass code along with the Standard Edition code. I can now create castithan race, and had several items in claimable inventory, however none was 7th legion. When i received my first 7th legion weapon, it was red and unequipable. is this an issue with Trion or Steam? will most likely create a ticket for both

most likely with Trion, I had to contact support to ge my 7th legion activated (on a PS3), try their live chat, the individual was helpful and got it fixed within minutes
