Just posting an official ticket here as well because I paid for it and I want it. I'm sure you, the community and the developers, understand.

My game information is TheSinnersCreed on PSN, my problem is my PS3 Pre-Order bonuses has not came in yet. The code is no longer valid, which I expect since I have already input it however I cannot start the download for the items, I cannot find the download in "recent downloads" and I have received my ArkHunter bonuses via "collect items" in the In-Game Store.

Basically, I've done everything on my end (the user) that is needed to collect my due items, however due to a fault on your end (the developer) I am not receiving that which I paid for. I will thank you to rectify this as soon as possible for this is directly influencing and affecting my gameplay.

Same here. I purchased from GMG, didnt get my preorder codes till today and then, after all that, my code is stated as "already used". Awesome, so duplicate preorder codes are being sent out.

Ordered from GetGamesGo, only had one Code but said "PreOrder" on it, Contacted Support and they ensured it was all working. Logged back in after hearing back and it was all there. Give them a Message and It'll be answered in under 24 hours (Mine was about 12 hours or so)

Same game didnt have the pre order code. Either open a ticket with trion or try game support

How exactly do you get hold of pre-order codes from Amazon uk? I'm awaiting all my pre order bonuses, charger and sniper rifle etc. But all of my UE items have made it onto my account fine with the code that came with my instruction booklet (albeit it a bit slowly and not all at once)
