Loadouts and EGO grid customization?
So I started off doing blur cause I love the melee style with shotguns etc. But I also see the fun in switching loadouts to my sniper rifle for far range attacks. With the blur spec, however, almost anything is useless at range. If you respec on the EGO grid and equip things to a second loadout, then go back to your first loadout, does it still have all your initial choices? Or do you basically have to be the same spec all the time?

you can spec on multiple EGO abilities, given enough ego points, which you can then change out on any of the loadouts. So you could have your character run blur with a shotgun, cloak or overcharge with long range weapons, decoy with shotguns or Rifles, etc, with each loadout. You just need to put in the time, and spend ego points on passive abilities that you may not want in order to get to the next ego ability.
So yes, you can run different EGO abilities with each loadout.

You will be able to have different EGO powers for different load outs, but you will have to spend quite a lot of points to get across the grid.
I started with overcharge on my machinist, but found apart from the main ability most of the stuff I wanted was over by cloak - used the respec function and now have my build over by Cloak, and with the bonus Scavenger perk from the arkfall codes I should only need to spend a couple more points to re-unlock overcharge
