Like the one Malcolm Reynolds wore in Firefly/Serenity for my Defiance toon. I would pay for it separate from the game if i had too. Defiance has always made me think of the Firefly universe because of the mix of high tech, low tech, and a wild west atmosphere.

LOL i ws just thinking about how i wanted my Character to look like as well this weekend. I would kill for a Black leather coat like Adam Jensen had in the last Dues Ex game.

With the majoirty of the game focusing on the TPS aspect, i hope they make an overabundance of outfits that way not everyone looks the same.

If anything I hope they add more customization options so you can pick and choose all aspects of your outfit.

That's why i was a little disappointed when it was mentioned that outfits are divided into 2 categories only, the actual outfit, and a head slot.

Well Rifts had a nice dye and appearance tab system so you could take old gear and make nice outfits. it has been a while but I think you could even have more then one outfit stored up. This was good because unfortunately I found all the raid/pvp gear to be, well, just plain ugly. But I feel that about most game's 'epic' tiered gear.

I'm hoping that similar stuff might show up in Defiance. The fact you can show off outfits to your friends from pvp suggests they have something planned.

However since the outfits are purely cosmetic, it would make sense to have dyes and not so much alter the appearance like you could do in RIFT and WoW.

Also, the 2 MMOs had multiple clothing slots. Head/chest/head/legs/feet.

Well there still is the possibility to change the colors of outfits, and there could be a large selection to choose from. Heck if that is what the DLC turns out to be, outfit selections, I can live with that.
