    Just because you don`t see people near your that doesn`t mean that the server is deserted.
    When i play, at least me, i see lots of people playing, doing the most variate events. Players are scatered around the game doing incursions, arkfalls, arkbreaks, etc.
    I`m allways fast travelling around place to place after the events and i never seen a shortage of players.
    So stop saying nonsense just because you feel the need to say it.

    When i say you, i mean people in general.

    Well then...

    I'm in the same boat as another poster on this thread.. I left right before DLC2 launched. We shuttered the clan support and everything for this game.

    Recently.. sitting at home on disability with nothing else to do, I decided I'd check into some games and see what's out there.. then I remembers the "season pass" I got with Defiance, so figured I'd check the forums before doing the download.

    Glad that I did.. I'll keep searching for a good game to play since they've basically handed us 4 DLC's of shtacko-sammiches. Great way to waste $$ for something they didn't deliver.

    And Arsenic, thanks for the read through man, seriously.. finding that one post saved me HOURS grinding through the forums for a full read on the DLC's so far.

    I have been here in béta, with the launch, and am still around nowadays. What i see now is less then 10% of what i saw last april. I'm doing minor arkfalls alone, maybe with another player present. Mayor arkfalls with 10-20 people and incursions and sieges of course attract the whole server present at that time. Could be a 100 players? I must say the game is less laggy then at the beginning, and the framerate doesnt get terrible with these numbers of people around. There is definitely some benefits to this.

    But i havent seen a Shadow War on the PS3/EU-server for a whole week, doing a PvP-match takes me over 10 minutes of lining up in queue (and 10 minutes is optimistic). A server with a map the size of this isnt meant for just 100 players scattered around doing whatever. Without the sieges and incursions you'd never see a crowd again on this server lol. So dont tell me this server isnt nearly dead and ready to be merged into the NA-server.

    And dont get me wrong, i still like to play Defiance. In fact im loving it (again). But that special MMO-feeling? Nah, thats gone. It became a Borderlands2-like game. You do your mission, your thing and maybe youll be lucky enough to get some company. Still cool, not MMO.

    I do sorta wish they either stopped linking contract requirements of co-op maps or made those co-op maps soloable. I mean really, in terms of actual difficulty are there any co-op maps that really require co-op anymore once you've got decent sets of even blues/purples? Instead you wait for 2, then 3, then 2, then 3 more, then 1 more than 2 more people on a co-op map just to clear Commander Cronkensittelight bunker or whatever.

    co op maps are 4 player mandated yet they still scale. Its wierd, had cronkite glitch on my group today and the other people wouldnt listen to me about suiciding so I had to go take a dump and come back and thankfully they had all quit out. I suicided and tore up daigs backup then killed him with like 2 clips on overcharge.

    It would take way too much work to make them startable with any amount of people and change the scaling so it was at least somewhat of a challenge.

    Yup, this glitch is still happening (xbox)... why isn't this fixed yet?
