Anyone else notice how they increased the frequency of Minor Red Arkfalls without mentioning it anywhere in patch notes? Anyone else notice how they broke them all in the process? The drops for special weapons to damage the Arkfalls are almost non-existent from the mobs that are supposed to drop them.

Nope never noticed it, since they are almost non-existant on Xbox.

Because instead of fixing the hidden crit spots they reduced the frequency.

fix them? What was wrong with them? I remember a big fuss early on with people driving titans over the bugs not allowing the crits to be revealed.

If you use a chargblade you can melee the crit spot even when it is hidden. So a melee player can kill it in just a minute or so. Without help and score first from using that glitch.

Uh-huh the Raider ones. But it was like that for PS3 NA for some time. Charge blade to the rescue...

I thought I heard it was a concious decision to reduce the frequency, as shooting a crystal isn't as enjoyable for people as shooting waves of enemies (points to questions about the design stage of this game).

they did nerf the sword vs red ark fall. as if you dont have blur on now you get knocked to the floor when you melay hit it.
