Refund for bits?

I meant to post this right after the price reduction on the items in the Defiance store but I've been really busy lately. Also I don't post on here very often, but what I'm getting at is for the people who purchased any item(s) before the price reduction in the store. Wouldn't you think it would be fair if we got some sort of refund for those extra little bits on items that were $10.00+? Most items are under $8.00 and some change now and it would be nice to get those $2.00 back from the previous $10.00 items. I'm not saying it's a big deal but it would be nice to get the money back that I lost because of wanting an item(keep it closed haters, I don't want to hear it).

No. Prices change in the retail market all the time. Fairness doesn't even figure into the picture. If you purchased a flat screen television and later that year the price for that model went down would you think that you're entitled to a refund for the price difference? I engaged in the guilty indulgence of purchasing one of the grossly overpriced outifts because I liked the look and knew I was never going to get its counterpart in the game from doing the pursuit. I expect and am entitled to nothing now that the price has changed.

While you're at it, please get a hold of Samsung, they lowered the price of my tablet by $60. According to your logic, I'm entitled to it. Oh, and here's some jekkin' kool-aid. Pathetic!

They won't refund my money for accidently buying a lockbox from the lockbox vendor, why should you get a refund? Mine is a more valid arguement. Why is there an option to buy boxes with bits from the lockbox vendor? If people really want to spend bits on them, there is an option to in the Defiance store, so the one in the box vendor isn't needed or wanted.

Ease up guys, yes it was a stupid question, but wouldn't it be easier to point out the obvious flaw in his thinking and then IGNORE this thread instead of all this piling on?

Or maybe we want to keep the forums exclusive by driving anyone new away. I dunno.

Supply and demand. Demand for in game items goes down so lower the price. More of a demand for in game items and the price will go up.
