Known and Being Worked On
- Vehicles occasionally despawn when driving

- Episode Missions aren't showing for everyone. -- This is an issue with the Replay One Mastery. If this is not complete on your character, you will be unable to complete the Episode missions again. Gm's will advance this is you are having issues.
Clan
- The founder of a clan cannot kick inactive leaders within the clan
- Leaders can promote officers to leaders
- Some leaders (sometimes even the founder) cannot promote recruits or members even when they are online, a different leader is able to do it at the same time.
- Sometimes clan lists don't include everyone
- When you goto the clan list from the social clan tab and put it in reverse alphabetic order ( z - a ) and start scrolling down the list, you get so many scrolls down and it auto jumps to the top again to letter Z, doesn't do this of you start with A at the top and work down.
- Sometimes when you look at a clan mate his title will have a green (") (should be blue) then blue text title like it should be then finished by a blue (") , the two "s should match. This may be an issue when the clan mate is on your friends list, text being part green and part blue.
- After a player joins the clan, for a undetermined amount of time when they log off or log in to their client clan chat states they joined the clan or left the clan.
- After reaching max EGO Rating clan contribution seems to be reduced
Social
- You still can't use the 'find player' option in the game to search for someone.
- When you get disconnected or relog into the game, your friends list doesn't populate correctly and stays blank or only has 1 or 2 people on it, even though your friends are online, get a group invite from them and they reappear on the friend list instead of taking a while and I mean a while to appear naturally.
UI
- When logging in we are seeing messages about new co-op maps being available
- As a PC user I've noticed some input lag when using the new chat system often resulting in missing out letters that I am typing
- The grenades, spikes, stims etc. buttons used to show the keybind timers as "1 2 3". Now I have "& é "" which is not really intuitive, and I also saw a couple of other players' screenshot with "numpad numpad numpad"
- The Paradise vendor label on the map is missing information
- Specials seem to be missing from vehicle vendors
Events
- Sometimes we don't have two incursions spawned per instance
- There are some issues with incursions disappearing or not progressing or a required emergency not spawning.
- Sometimes arkfalls or incursions end with no ending screen and no rewards for participation
- Arkfalls which require special weapons to drop in order to destroy the crystal sometimes do not drop weapons either at or, or not enough.
- Incursions and Arkfalls can overlap blocking progress from each of them.
- Sometimes a few ark spike locations are missing e.g. 2/4
- Sometimes when you call down an major arkfall, it doesn't call down anything and ends
- Sometimes npcs outside of arkbreaks get caught in terrain and the arkbreak can't progress due to not all the enemies being killed
- Progenitor boss fights sometimes you get knocked back when the arms are destroyed but don't know where from
Specific Missions or Events
- "Easy as Fila, Kama, Dunya" mission sometimes does not spawn NPCs in the target areas Video
- "Dark Matter Convoy" emergency sometimes has unique weapons visible on the crates before they are opened. Some of the weapons cannot be picked up after the crates are opened.
- Lost in Transit mission turn-in at Top-Notch Toolworks sometimes doesn't have a delivery box
- The time trial pursuits in San Francisco are not updating for me.
- East Shore Docks when doing the mission Down at the Docks reward nothing even though they keep score
- Sutro Tower conflict as part of Radio Silence mission rewards nothing
- Dogtown Mine is not keeping score during the mission A Bullet for a Badman
Weapons
- Typhoon rifles can't display added mods
- Mods or rolls which give a BMG Heal or DMG bonuses > 1.x make your weapon worse.
Other
- Enemies can pop in and out of phases, they can continue to hit you while doing so.
- Kenn Farm Siege has an extraction point that takes you out of the siege.
- Conflict Sites sometimes grant no keycodes even though we actively helped (so we didn't just shoot at one enemy or something).
- Ammo has been disappearing from weapons, after a loading screen you need to visit the box again.
- It is reported that Sensor Sweep perk because does not work frequently.
- [NEED CLARIFICATION] There are unspecified issues with the login queue
- When you are in tutorial at the point where you acquire your starter weapon out of the supply crate you lose an inventory slot. Something happens when the weapon goes to your secondary weapon slot. It thinks it should be in your inventory and that takes up a spot. But there is nothing there and you lose one inventory space because of it.
- Vehicles can no longer be spun mid-jump if the forward key is held.
- In some cases the vehicle isn't as responsive as it once was and appears to require you to slow down in order to exit the vehicle
- FOV Shift no longer seems to work since DLC 4
PS3
- Many functions (map, radial menu, loadouts, swapping between weapons in your loadout, spawning vehicles, moving into a new area, anything after fast travel, entering a conflict zone, accessing a vendor, and spawning of enemies) begin to lag soon after you begin playing, quickly reaching the point that every new combat begins with at least a few seconds of you being unable to return fire against the invisible enemies shooting you and swapping weapons often leaves you cradling an invisible weapon that you can't use until it eventually gets around to loading, and becoming progressively worse until you critical error roughly an hour after you begin playing. Every. Damn. Time.
- In my somewhat limited testing, getting more than one of these critical errors in a session will usually cause Defiance to crash when you try to exit the game, characterized by a black screen with several rows of discontinuous white pixels at the top of the screen, and can, in some cases, lead to PS3 reboots or freezes. Exiting Defiance completely after a critical error seems to help to avoid the crashes, reboots, and freezes.
