Yes it's a shooter. It's also an MMO that includes having your character loot multiple weapons and upgrades, and managing an inventory.

With a game like Planetside 2, it made sense to not have a bank because of the way weapon unlocks and such work with that game. With the inventory management involved in this game however, it makes as much sense for it to have a bank as any other game with lootable items.

Banks in other games exist as a courtesey to let players manage the loot they've earned however they see fit. They offer no other mechanic that can somehow change the way you're already playing the game right now. Does wanting a bank in such a game mean I expect a cookie cutter MMO experience? I guess you could say so. I also expect a cookie cutter experience in the way I expect to use a keyboard and mouse effectively, or even that I expect my computer to process the game and render images on my monitor.

I just mainly wanted a stash to transfer stuff to other characters. I wish they would have just let us by that instead of more inventory slots.

I did every side mission, co-op instance up to ego 300 and main storyline missions on alpha with just the basic stuff you are given and ran into no issues. Don't hoard so many weapons just because each one has a different nano effect.
I am not hoarding weapons for in a sense, but rather saving the good ones to max it out for the XP, especially since it is easy to max out a weapon some what quickly for my level

Dunno know if anyone touched on it, but a simple item flagging system/sorting is all that's really needed.

lol, I hope they don't add a stash, or a bank, or even a central "market" (auction house, bazaar, whateverz ya wanna call it) for the game. Get outta ur comfort zone for "every other MMO" FFS and learn sumthin new. Learn how to organize. Learn how to keep what u need and ditch the rest. Hell heres a thought. GIVE IT AWAY!! You do not NEED a bank full of sniper rifles 100 below u, stored in some bank in San Fran. Get over it. Sell it, scrap it, hand it off, and stop crying about an unnecessary "pleasantry" in the game. Ur supposed to be roughin it, start already! =p

I'm sorry, but why would you need a stash? lol have two guns you can have, 1 shield, 1 like grenade type like I know its great to have extra guns for when you run out of ammo in tight situation, but when you start hoarding everything you pick up..that's a personal problem. xD you need to sell more, decided what you actually NEED or what is WORTH keeping, and start dismantling your stuff etc. I have 35 slots and no probs with inventory space because Im constantly swapping out my main weps when I find something better and selling white sht items, and salvaging other colored items that I do.not.need

You get more slots are you increase your Power Level also.. FYI.

If you're not using it, and it's white, sell it. If you're not using it and it's not white, melt it. The mods tell what weapons they use, save your faves and vendor the rest.
    It's worked for me.
Or are you hoarders like on the TV?

all the codes are on wiki, and defiance.com on the mainpage you directly see the link to where you must fill in these codes.
    you need 120 of them

but for this game not having a market/bank/etc:
Yeah sure its different, and not something you would expect. But is it that bad? Dont think so, you dont need a market. Melt it down, give it away, sell it...
Its a shame everyone always want to same stuff in other games..... adapt
