Just quickly, I entered the code included with my copy of "Defiance" and while I received my Ark Hunter items from finding Ark codes, I haven't received any of my pre-order items. I've tried clearing my cache, deleting and reinstalling the add on, and dashboarding and reloading several times.
None of these have helped. I hope someone here can help me find a solution to fixing this problem.

I cant register for a TION "SUPPORT ACCOUNT". Is there a way to talk with the support team IN-GAME or over the phone. I have the same issue and have repported it several times in game. I dont have have a working computer right now and would prefer it if you could either fix it without talking or party/private chat with me on xbox live.
