you have to link your console to your account here for the arkfall code rewards, but i'm not sure about the digital copy pre-order bonuses... I'd like to know as well

EDIT: Go to Defiance Store and claim your items at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. I do not have my pre-order items yet either. Sledgehammer, are you guys looking into this?

You to link your console to your trion account. It works and can be done but its very poor management and not user friendly at all.
I can see why so many ppl are having a problem doing so.

That's what I've read as well, however I have received everything except the charger even though I pre-ordered on PSN.
Pre-ordered a physical copy. Got everything except the Dodge.
I also pre-ordered a physical copy. Only got the shotgun, but that's not pre-order stuff. The site that deployed me the game didn't give me a pre-order code either. Only code I got was on the game manual inside the box. And that only got me the shotgun. I hate shotguns..
