Highland transit town has a vendor for vehicles.
also a secret vendor for an orange challenger is west or muir town.
on your map to the west of the town will be a big lake and a smaller one with a shack outside.
kill all the enemy in the area and the secret vendor will walk out of the shack.

Tarr Vendor at the Fork sells 2 cars
Defiant Vendor at Coit Tower sells 2 types of cars
