I am still getting the server is not available. I have been working on it for 10 hours now, and when this error message doesnt happen i get a error needs download- download is not available.

any suggestions?

My girlfriend had hers downloaded, installed, patched and was able to get into the game. She just go home from work and went to run it and it appears to have deleted the game and is now re-installing it.

Me? My patcher is blank and tells me it can't find the version file. Uninstalling, deleting all files and folders, and even scrubbing my registry doesn't fix it. I try re-installing from Steam and I keep getting the same blank, broken installer. I try clicking the download button from account management and I get a blank error website.

*sigh*
