Seems only to have affected shields I had in my inventory prior to the hotfail. I've picked up various shields while playing today and they've all had their standard capacity in relation to my EGO. I found a common Ironclad and it had 1943 in capacity. While the epic Ironclad IV I had in my inventory prior to the patch was reduced to 1618.
