I've dumped a lot of money into this game since launch. I stopped after buying several boxes one night and pulling a respark regen ark, the next item was a purple and then my console froze before the rest of the items showed up. I restarted to find I didn't have the shield anymore. I submitted a ticket and was was just told no. There was no record of that and given a list of the first batch of items but not everything. I got start with the support guy and demanded he replace my shield. I was denied and the issue was closed. Any thing short of getting it back will prevent me from ever giving these people a dime in this title or any future. A free legendary kit for all active players would be nice but I doubt they will even consider it. Not that it would cost them a lot, labor mostly, but the hassle alone of going through all active accounts effected during this "issues" time frame. I think they should let us all fully customize 3 items and submit an in game ticket to redeem them.

I demand that they got off their Couches and actually fix the game. Free stuff means nothing to me If the game had worked correctly since launch I wouldn't need ANYTHING for free I would have already amassed more than I could put use to.
