All i want to know if its in the free part of the dlcs, or do i actually have to buy dlc to get these spikes?

You need to buy dlc 2 to be able to plant the spikes to call down arkfalls if thats what you are talking about.

if you mean spikes to call down the ark breaks, then yes you need the dlc. if you mean ammo spikes or damage spikes, then no.
