Damn. That's bad. Most I've ever had to wait is like 8 minutes, and that was Square Enix's support...and they are legendary for their poor customer support. They set the brown standard in customer support.
Probably 403 people who all have the same exact question and are complaining, which is why you wait a day or two to let the Devs and production team hash things out.
If you can play, then play. If you can't then just play something else.
