Why is this on PC?

Wow all i have to say is you hit everything on the nail that i am pissed about this game. They really dropped that ball and honestly should not have made this for pc unless they would have added pc options like WE ALL DESERVE. If i knew it would have been this bad and not even a port its basicly playing a 360 version with pc controls and thats it and that is REEEALLY fail.

Plus i would like to mention i have yet to see anyone of the dev's responding on this issue when its a huge issue. Being a pc gamer and a console gamer pc more than console the lack of love given to the pc is just sad you should have just made it for console if you are not gonna accommodate pc users they only cared about having a CONSOLE mmo and the fact that they had to rush before the show came out is another problem, a game should never be rushed and when it is this is the product of a rushed game with no love put into it just rushing to meet a deadline and that never makes a good game. So to end my rant of how dissapointed i am with this game Unless they really start reading the bad bad bad reviews from people on PC and fixing all these issues then trion has really dropped the ball and i wasted 100 bucks for nothing i even bought the season pass which i now regret.

Fix this game for pc please cause right now this game should not have even been released i have played better games in closed beta. IF trion makes the pc version how it should be then i will have no problems but if they don't address any of this i will not be playing and wish i would have used my money for something worth while. Ah ya i allmost forgot dosen't have to do with the pc but GOD is the ai horrible sometimes they don't even move or shoot its really bad this game plays and looks like it should have came out in 2000 not 2013 so when or if this game ever gets to a game that should be out in 2013 that would be nice.

Here is another reason to be extremely angry. Trion created Rift, which looked great and was a PC game through and through. They have the capability to give this game a proper PC port but they didn't with Defiance. WHY? If this was by an unknown company, I never would have even entered the Realm of Considering To Buy.

I KNOW RIGHT that's what i thought when i bought the game Trion is a good enough company to do everything we just asked for pc and should have been done yet they did not they really dropped the ball hard, and if they don't fix their mess this game will taint Trion's reputation. Plus the fact they do the devs even read the forums cause it does not seem like it. I allways see replys from other people but never a dev Its like hey lets just throw defiance out there and see how it does with not lifejacket and see if it swims if it sinks oh well, they responded alot on rift forums and did well with rift but unless they do the same amount of work on this game it will fail hard and bring trion with it.

EXACTLY! and they dropped the ball and i am very disappointed. How can a game that is coming out with Archage make a game suck so bad but they did, Now im hesitant on playing archage. Unless they fix there fk up i wont be giving them my money again.

Game has entered another unplayable state. Quests don't save your progress and restart often at random intervals for no reason.

at first I was like..this game looks really good, it was fun, then I was like..im on a new expensive pc, and kinda sad I couldn't crank my settings, and I had odd clipping issues, and the physics threw me off, I run into something with an atv at full speed and it stalls..it doesn't need to be NVidia only for physics to work..

didn't rift have 2 different clients? one light weight one for low end hardware? but yes my biggest complaint..besides fugly char models. I can live with that, is..I FEEL SO ALONE
