Is variety at vendors for specials really bad right now for everyone else?

I'm getting mostly generics and frequently Item #1 = Item #2 at many of them more than I remember.

Yeah, I get a few named syns, but I'd guess: Generics-(70%) Vs All named syns combined-(30%).

Am I alone in this?

I so rarely see a syn mod that I buy them if I need them or not. Every five days one shows up for sale in the vender.
