PSN Pre-Order code question...

One of the devs confirmed that PSN gets pre order bonuses too, except for physical things like statues. it aint workin for me either.

After you clear tutorial and restart, go to the Defiance Store(In Game), Go to Claim section and you should see it.

Trust me... doesn't work. PS3, pc, and xbox 360 version. I followed that exact email they sent me, and this doesn't work. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the digital download i have for ps3, the console disc i have for xbox 360, and also the steam key codes/redemption codes i received via steam (and email) and their instructions as well. All have failed, and all solutions including yours haven't worked for me to date*
