So i redeemed by ultimate edition codes and linked the account but i dont see any of the arkhunter bonuses. Nor do I see the pre order stuff like the titles, scrip boosts, dodge challenger, gamestop exclusive weapon etc etc am I doing something wrong? (i even quit the game and restarted it to see if maybe my inventory would update but nope).
It should be in your claim section when you open the Defiance store.

same thing with me, neither the digital content redemption code or the 30 day plus membership redeem codes work, i've contacted them through email and twice though the in game help line over 24 hours ago and no replies.
yeah i've tried that and there's nothing there, every time i try my redeem codes i get a message saying they've been used.
You have to go INTO the store, then down to CLAIM. The items are there.
Same issue. I went into the store and went to claim and it says 0 items.
yep same here im on xbox got this today (thurs launch week) put in all my codes got online fine but keeps saying zero claims. Sadface time to vent my rage at mutants with bullets...lots and lots of bullets....till it hopefully appears...
