Arkfall Codes - Help

I had a question that maybe some of you can help me answer. I have found 20 codes that I have entered onto the website but it my tracking still says 9/120. When I re-enter the codes it says, "Error: You have already redeemed that Arkfall Code." and the counter does not move up. Is this broken, or working as intended? A friend of mine has also entered in all the codes and he is only at 6/120.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Log out, and then back in. Reportedly, that works.
