@ Noob OP - the Typhoon X is an Arkbreaker weapon, as such it has a non-variant standard set of rolls. Also, you have placed created rolls that do not exist in those positions for any weapon much less on the Typhoon X which ALWAYS has the following rolls, ALWAYS:

NANO: Variable
SYNERGY: Variable
MASTERY: Variable.
x0.95 reload
x0.90 reload
x1.20 mag
+25% speed boost for 5 sec after explosive kill
x1.30 mag
